The terms below will apply to any contract for the sale of our products.
Placing an order
We will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the products have been dispatched, or prepared for future despatch if not required on next day service. We take payment at the time of the order.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order by our secure payments provider PayPal. All prices include delivery to mainland UK. See Delivery page for full details of which areas are included in “mainland UK”.
Availability
All products shown on the website are subject to availability, and the shop page has an indicator with the number of stools left in a particular colour. But in the unlikely event that the product you have chosen is not available, we will inform you via email or telephone and offer you the option of choosing another product or cancelling your order.
Cancellation
Once we have sent you the email confirming your order, that means that the item is with the courier and cannot be recalled.
Delivery
Items are dispatched via our dedicated courier on a next day service. The courier will liaise with you the customer regarding delivery. The customer must sign for delivery at the address, unless a neighbour or safe place is stipulated at the time of order. See Delivery section on Shop page for full details of how it works.

Faulty Goods
We operate a strict quality control policy during manufacture, and our items are carefully packed in tailor made boxes for protection in transit. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact us and we will arrange collection. Upon receipt we will refund the price of the item (less outgoing delivery charge) to your original card details or exchange it for another, depending on your instructions.
Our stools are deliberately packed upside down, with instructions to open at the top end of the box where there is a void. This is to avoid damage to the top of the stool when opening the box. A refund will not be issued if the stool is damaged by not following this instruction.
Disclaimers
The stool has moving parts. When the steps are in the retracted position, please be aware that a crawling baby could be hurt if he/she held onto them in an attempt to stand up. We recommend storing the stool with the retracted steps facing the wall in situations where there are small children. We do not take responsibility for any injuries arising from not following this recommendation.
The photographs on this website represent accurately the colours of the stools, but please be aware that computer screens vary and so there may be some variation between what you are seeing and the real thing. We do not take responsibility for the product colour not being a perfect match for the colour that you see on our website.
