DELIVERY PROCESS

Once we receive your order, we process it for despatch on our next day delivery service. Please note: deliveries are Tuesday to Friday only. Sorry but no deliveries on Mondays or weekends/bank holidays. If you want it the next day, please get your order to us by midday, or you can choose a future date Tuesday to Friday. Delivery hours are 0800 to 1700 Tuesday to Friday.

On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive a text with a 2 hour delivery slot. Please note: if you do not have a mobile phone, no problem, just give us your landline and we will call you with your delivery slot, or via email if you prefer.

Perhaps you can’t be in but have a safe place where you are happy for the driver to leave it? Please stipulate that in the relevant box when you place your order. Please note, the box dimensions are 62cm deep x 38cm long x 32cm wide so please ensure your safe place is big enough. Sorry but we cannot take responsibility for any packages left in a safe place that turns out not to be safe!

EXCLUSIONS FROM STANDARD WEEKDAY DELIVERY CHARGE

Delivery charge is included in the stool price for main areas of England, Scotland and Wales.

I’m afraid it will be more if you live in: Remote Scottish Mainland*, Scottish Borders (postcodes DG, TD), Scottish Highlands and Islands, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man.
