Returns Policy
We trust that you will be delighted with your stool, but if you wish to return it, we offer free carriage for returning goods (UK mainland only). Once we have received it back, the cost of the stool will be reimbursed, minus our outward delivery cost of £20, on condition that it is undamaged and in the original packaging.
The deadline for returns is 30 days from delivery. Please contact Giggy & Bab within that time and we will arrange collection.
