Returns Policy

We are confident you will love our stools but we are aware that buying online means you cannot inspect them “in the flesh”.  We feel it is only fair that if it doesn’t come up to your expectations for whatever reason, then you should not have to pay to send it back to us.  Therefore we offer free carriage for returning goods within the UK.  The cost of the goods (less the delivery charge portion of the stool cost) will be reimbursed once we have received them back, on condition that they are undamaged and in the original packaging. THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNS IS 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY. Please contact Giggy and Bab within that time and we will arrange collection (and tearfully ask why you don’t want it).
